Belgium requires careful preparation for cross-border services: LIMOSA notification, social security certificates and a clean delimitation from temporary employment. Our self-employed teams work on a contract-for-work basis; we coordinate notification obligations and documents with you before the deployment.

What to clarify before the start
LIMOSA notification
For posted employees and certain self-employed persons, a LIMOSA-1 notification is required before work starts. Exceptions are narrowly limited and must be checked per project.
Contract for work and acceptance
We agree work sections, interfaces and acceptance criteria in writing. No temporary employment.
Regional requirements
Belgium has regional responsibilities and sector-specific obligations. We check the requirements for your place of deployment in advance.

From €32/h all-in per person as a general guide. Specialist trades and project requirements may be higher. Individual workers: higher rate on request.
