What to clarify before the start
Exemption under § 48b EStG
For construction services, 15% construction withholding tax can generally apply to business clients. A valid, matching exemption certificate at the time of payment can eliminate the deduction.
Contract for work instead of temporary employment
A delimited scope, independent organisation and agreed acceptance must also be reflected in the actual deployment.
