What to clarify before the start
WagwEU notification
When posting employees, a notification in the Dutch notification portal (WagwEU) is required. Different rules apply to genuinely self-employed persons working personally – we check the classification per project.
Contract for work instead of temporary employment
A delimited scope, independent organisation and agreed acceptance must also be reflected in the actual deployment.
Observe chain liability
In the Netherlands, client liability for pay and tax obligations can be relevant. We coordinate documents and proof before the start.

From €32/h all-in per person as a general guide. Specialist trades and project requirements may be higher. Individual workers: higher rate on request.
