The controller for the processing of your personal data is Premium Worker s. r. o., Ľudovíta Štúra 2045/7, 026 01 Dolný Kubín, Slovakia; Company ID (IČO) 51261341; VAT ID SK2120647870; info@premiumworker.eu; phone: +421 948 123 508. Managing director (konateľ): Ing. Jaroslav Koutný. Commercial register: Obchodný register Okresného súdu Žilina (District Court Žilina), Section: Sro, Entry No. 69097/L. Share capital: EUR 5,000. We provide self-employed skilled worker teams for B2B projects on a contract-for-work basis. This policy applies to website visitors and contact persons of companies.
2. Definitions
Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing includes in particular collection, storage, use, disclosure and deletion. The controller determines purposes and means; a processor processes data on our behalf. Consent is a freely given, informed and revocable declaration. The definitions of the GDPR apply.
3. Which data
For inquiries we process company name, contact person, email, phone, trade, number of people, location, country, period, working hours, language needs, message and selected team. This may include link attribution parameters (UTM), timestamps and technical access data. If a contract is concluded, contract, billing and statutorily required documentation data are added. Publicly we show only first names, trade and professional facts of craftsmen; photos only with documented consent. Please do not send identity documents or special categories of personal data via the public form.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiries and pre-contractual steps on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are the contracting party. Data of contact persons of a company and appropriate B2B communication are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f). Contract performance and statutory retention may be based on lit. b and c. Voluntary email updates and optional tracking services are based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a). Not giving newsletter consent does not affect your inquiry.
5. Legitimate interest
Our interests are handling business inquiries, supporting existing business partners, securely providing the website and preventing abuse. We consider your expectations, the B2B context and your rights. You may object to processing under Art. 6(1)(f) on grounds relating to your particular situation; objection to direct marketing is possible at any time.
6. Consent
Consent is given separately per purpose, for example for email updates, statistics or marketing. Optional checkboxes are deactivated by default. We document consent given where required for verifiability. Inquiry handling is not dependent on newsletter consent.
7. Withdrawal
You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect: by email to info@premiumworker.eu, via an unsubscribe link in emails or via the cookie settings in the footer. The lawfulness of processing until withdrawal remains unaffected. Withdrawal does not delete data that remains required under another legal basis.
8. Recipients
Data is received only by responsible staff and commissioned service providers as required: hosting, IT operations, CRM, email and WhatsApp providers, and partners required for contract performance such as accommodation or travel providers. Where required, we conclude processor agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. Authorities, tax advisers or legal advisers receive data only where legally required or necessary to protect interests. We do not sell contact lists.
9. Retention period
We store inquiries as long as required for handling and subsequent business communication; we review necessity regularly. Contract and invoice records are subject to the applicable statutory retention periods. Newsletter data remains stored until withdrawal or until the purpose ceases. Technical security data is kept only for its purpose. After the purpose ceases we delete or anonymise data unless a duty or necessary legal defence prevents it.
10. Third-country transfer
Individual IT, communication or media services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we base transfers on an adequacy decision, applicable certification or standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures. You can request information on the specific providers and safeguards from the controller. External services are not activated merely by visiting the site without the consent required in each case.
11. Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. The competent authority in Slovakia is Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky; current contact details are at dataprotection.gov.sk. You may also contact a German or Austrian supervisory authority.
12. Processing
Form data is transmitted encrypted and stored in our system for inquiry handling. The information may be forwarded to our CRM or responsible contact persons. Flagging a B2B inquiry as particularly relevant based on team size and project duration serves only internal prioritisation. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect under Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
13. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, in particular access restrictions, protected administration accounts and encrypted transmission. Employees and commissioned service providers may use data only for authorised tasks. No internet service offers absolute security; please contact us with security questions.
14. Social media
Our links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp lead to independent services. If you open a link or communicate with us there, the privacy rules of the respective provider also apply. Platforms may process usage and device data for their own purposes. This policy applies to our communication on these platforms insofar as we are the controller.
15. Your rights (Art. 15–22)
Subject to statutory conditions you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent and lodge a complaint. Erasure may be limited by statutory duties or necessary legal claims. We do not use solely automated decisions with legal effect.
16. IP address and cookies
Necessary storage serves the operation and your documented cookie choice. To limit abuse, a hash of the IP address may be stored instead of the raw address. The categories are Necessary and Statistics. Your choice with timestamp and notice version is stored locally for 12 months. Statistics services are loaded only after explicit consent; Google Consent Mode v2 denies optional signals by default and advertising signals remain denied. Under cookie settings in the footer you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Vimeo is loaded only after your click; in doing so Vimeo receives technical connection data.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity
With your voluntary consent to statistics we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for reach measurement and analysis of page views, successful inquiries, trade and internal hot-lead category as well as phone, email, WhatsApp clicks and calculator usage. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland; Microsoft Corporation, USA) is used for click analysis, heatmaps and masked session recordings to improve usability. Usage, device and connection data and cookie identifiers may be processed; form entries and contact data are not transmitted as event parameters. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (formerly TTDSG). Without statistics consent these services are not loaded. GA4 stores user and event data for 2 or 14 months depending on the property setting; aggregated reports are subject to other periods. The specific property setting is still to be reviewed. Clarity stores ordinary session recordings for 30 days, click/aggregate data and marked or favourited sessions for up to 9 months. Our choice is stored for 12 months, GA4 cookies for at most 12 months. Transfers to the USA may occur; suitable safeguards, contracts and provider settings must be legally reviewed before activation. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings; new measurements are then prevented. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
17. Handling inquiries
We use form entries to clarify availability and offers and to answer questions. Fields marked * are needed for meaningful handling. Without this information we may not be able to process the inquiry. The newsletter is voluntary. We contact you via the channels you provide.
18. Exercising your rights
Send your request to info@premiumworker.eu or to our postal address. We verify your identity only as far as necessary and request no more data than needed. We generally answer requests within one month; in case of a legally permissible extension we inform you of the reasons and the period. Rights are generally free of charge; statutory exceptions apply to manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
