Switzerland is not an EU member. For entitled self-employed EU/EFTA service providers, the notification procedure can enable a time-limited deployment. We coordinate the team, project duration and logistics; the specific admissibility and sector-specific obligations must be clarified before the deployment.

Notification before work starts
As a rule, notification is required at least eight days before the start. In construction in particular, notification obligations apply from day one; exceptions are narrowly limited.
Proving self-employment
During inspections, the notification confirmation, A1 and contract or order can be requested. The actual self-employed activity remains decisive.
Local requirements
Professional law, cantonal responsibilities and possible permits are checked per project. Electrical work can require special authorisations.

A1 certificate, the required exemption certificate, liability insurance, accommodation, travel and the contract for work are agreed with you before the start. No temporary agency work, no supply of material.
From €32/h all-in per person as a general guide. Specialist trades and Swiss assignments may be higher. Individual workers: higher rate on request.
